Ghasts above the Nether?

So the other day I’m checking out the area above the nether and seeing how high I can go up… that’s about the time a Ghast shows up and I fell to my death… Later I saw 2 or 3 more patrolling above the nether.

1. tell me these locations.

2. ghasts are the only mob that spawn above the nether really only if you have spawnable materials.

3. its 265 still.
