Which server have you noticed this behavior on?

If you change your Minecraft name you need to update the name in your website profile like you did. After that it should only take a minute to take effect on the servers.

Sometimes I get this error, if you try to connect again it often works on the second try.

Actually the vanilla address is no longer accessible using the port number. If you would like to directly connect use the address vanilla.mc.bananasmores.com

So this error was from the upgrade from 1.7.5 to 1.7.9 and that fact that we use spigot. I was having errors updating the player file and while I reverted the version the player files were still acting up.

I’m sorry you had a problem with the chat system. I recently setup a cross server chat system and it seems that it had a few bugs to work out.

I gave the chat system a review and got it back up and functioning.

Over the next couple days I will be making a few more changes to finish up the system and post a News article about how to use it.

Sorry you are having problems. I noticed this when I joined earlier today as well. I updated bukkit and some other plugins. Should be good to go now give it a try and let me know.

The error logs revealed no clues as to what happened but everything still seems good since the restart.

Sure thing. I took care of the redstone. The command was:

/res set ResName piston true

You also asked about water not flowing. The command for that is:

/res set ResName waterflow true
OR (for water and lava)
/res set ResName flow true

Note: You may exclude the ResName if you are standing in your residence when you type the command.
